Voter Signal uses battle-tested conversational AI to survey, ID, persuade, and activate voters at scale — over two-way SMS, fully trained to match your campaign's voice, tone, and issues.
Every interaction moves a voter through the funnel — from cold contact, to identified, to activated.
We contact your voter universe via two-way SMS. Every voter who responds tells us:
If our AI can't persuade them in-conversation, every persuadable voter is sorted by their stated issue — roads, taxes, corruption, immigration. Handed back to you daily with a personalized second-touch message already written.
Supporters are identified by name and voter ID and placed in our Activation Funnel:
Upload your voter file — primary voters, persuadables, or targeted district.
We train and test our AI on your candidate — every issue and every talking point across the campaign.
Our conversational AI introduces your candidate, listens, persuades, responds naturally, and logs every word.
Every response is classified: Supporter, Persuadable, Hard No. Sorted by issue, intent, and geography.
You receive a full intelligence file by morning: named voters, sorted, addressed, ready to execute.
This is actual data — what our platform produced in 14 days of live deployment across multiple sends.
Three voters. Three outcomes. One send. Every exchange is logged, classified, and delivered back to your team in a format you can act on.
Voter ID / Persuasion + Survey — both programs included. Every file is named, addressable, and ready to hand to your phone, mail, digital, and field vendors.
Most "AI outreach" tools send one-way blasts or chat flows with three canned buttons. Our AI holds real, open-ended, two-way conversations — listening to what the voter actually says and responding in your candidate's voice. The transcripts prove it.
A poll tells you 42% support your candidate. We tell you the name, address, and phone number of every one of those supporters — plus what they care about, and what it would take to get them to the polls. No estimates. No sampling. A list.
Every send produces 20+ deliverables mapped to how campaigns actually work: GOTV targets, yard sign requests with addresses, volunteers waiting for an ask, suppression lists, and 35+ issue audiences ready to upload to your DSP, phone, and mail vendors.
Voter Signal was built by people who've run campaigns and field programs for over a decade — not by Silicon Valley outsiders guessing what campaigns need. We understand how to add value to your campaign.
Jim founded Voter Signal in 2025 after watching campaigns spend more money every cycle to reach voters less effectively. His answer: real two-way conversations, at scale, using conversational AI. Bringing emerging technology to politics has been Jim's throughline for a decade — from pioneering the targeting of voter files with mobile device IDs, to building one of the first P2P texting platforms, to now conversational AI. Jim founded MWPolitical in 2017 and has worked with thousands of campaigns — from school board up to Presidential races — deploying digital, CTV, and SMS programs across every level of American politics. Before politics, Jim spent a decade in global digital and mobile advertising and another 15 years in enterprise software / internet infrastructure. Jim attended the University of Georgia and lives in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico with his wife and business partner Janna.
Regan leads AI training and conversation design at Voter Signal, custom-building the conversational flows that let each campaign's AI sound like its candidate — not a template. Her work is where the technology meets the craft of persuasion: every candidate's voice, issue stack, and regional language turned into a conversation that actually persuades voters. Before Voter Signal, Regan spent years at MWPolitical rising to Vice President of Media Strategy, where she managed digital, SMS, and CTV programs for campaigns at every level — from local mayor's races to Congressional campaigns, including Taylor for Congress and Virginia Senator Bill DeSteph. Regan graduated from Dartmouth College in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and three children.
Using conversational AI to directly interact with voters at scale is a new frontier in politics. Campaigns aren't just broadcasting messages — they're having real conversations with voters.
